We Couldn’t Have Done it Without a Little Help

Planning an adventure like a 6 day trip to Oahu can be a big job.  The choices for hotels, dining and activities can seem endless and a little overwhelming.  I would like to take a minute to say thank you for the helpful tips and awesome services that made our trip so much better!

Adventures of A + K

I found these Travel vloggers on YouTube one Sunday when I was doing some research for our upcoming trip.  They were so easy going and we really loved the ideas that they presented.  While visiting Oahu, we visited several places that they suggested in their 5 Days on Oahu Travel Guide.  Check it out at the link below.

Yellow Productions

Thank you to Chris Raney, the man behind Yellow Productions which is another YouTube Travel guide series.  We found one of his video guides on Where to Stay in Oahu and then ended up watching several more on Cheap Eats and Helpful tips.  We were able to try some new foods and use several tips from these informative video guides.   He has tons of video guides for places all over the world.  Check out Yellow Productions the next time you are planning a trip and need some great ideas.

Tiara at Hyatt Centric Waikiki

When we arrived at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki, it was after 9pm so the hotel restaurant/bar were already closed. We were hungry and tired from a long travel day.  Tiara, at the Front Desk, gave us so many awesome tips for where to eat locally and things to be sure to see and do while we were there.  She gets 6 stars on a scale of 1-5.  You have a real Rock Star at your front desk Hyatt!

Mahalo

Our trip turned out great.  Thanks again to everyone who helped us make our plans.   All the hotels, car rentals and transfers were perfect.  Thanks also for the tips and suggestions, we found cool places for snacks and drinks, tried delicious local foods and discovered the best places to visit and stay on the island.  Instead of booking a bunch of activities before we went, we left our itinerary loose in order to go with the island flow.  We did Oahu our way and had a blast.
